Summary

Studying abroad in Canada helped me learn about many different cultures and truly broadened my perspective. I was especially surprised by how communication styles vary depending on the country, and this experience taught me how important it is to understand and respect people’s backgrounds. By studying new things every day and interacting with people from countries I had never met before, I became much more active and open-minded than I was in Japan.

This experience also inspired me to keep improving my English so I can continue communicating with people around the world. I realized how exciting it is to connect with others through language and to share our cultures with one another. Overall, studying abroad didn’t just change my mindset, it helped me grow as a person and made me more confident about stepping into global environments in the future.
